Very nice and friendly environment also company arrange yearly cricket matches in between site, but I hate only one thing that group culture is more in site which affect site progress also site PM not taking any responsibility about site material.

I worked in the company as a Safety Supervisor, my overall experience was good. Learnt a lot because you will get a chance to work on big projects as company deals on the big construction projects. One should definately join if got a chance to work with.

As you know its a construction company then one should realy keep ot in mind that you will get week off once in a week but not more than that because construction is always going on on the site.
