Employees are asset to us hence well taken care by the company in all aspects. Problem and issues come to nonperforming employees. They do not want to follow ISO and regulatory guidelines and company policies. Company always welcome all comments and never think to disclose non performance and deviations issues of the employees who have left company with a bad note.
