In j mitra somthing is good like- Training, salary, leave etc. But something is bad. there are some politics issue here. Management can't believe all employees .Management beleive only 2 or 3 person. Some people's are destroy the company culture and made a Jail like company.
Company some policy are jail like policy but some policy is good.

Employees are asset to us hence well taken care by the company in all aspects. Problem and issues come to nonperforming employees. They do not want to follow ISO and regulatory guidelines and company policies. Company always welcome all comments and never think to disclose non performance and deviations issues of the employees who have left company with a bad note. Company provides training to all new employees even if they are experienced. They give time to them. J.Mitra has proper system of working which is good. Good for fresher to learn.
They do not provide salary according to performance of employees specially old employee. Here criteria is fix, according to designation especially for old employee. If they are working for 4-5 years, their salary is same to new employees or there is hardly 1000-2000 rupees difference. So it is kind of not acceptable for old employee.

As i was working with the MD. I would only mention about the MD. There is a fear in the employees for the MD. He himself thinks he has seen the world and other people knows nothing. They Dont like verbal communication and prefer everything on email or in written to trap the people who have given any statement or feedback or any assurance for any work. Interview process is 3rd class. Will do 1st telephonic round. Then 1 useless aptitude test. Then f2f round they will ask you to do a typing test just to check whether or not u know how to type. 😄 Then Mr. MD will meet you to ask u stupid and irrelevant questions.
