At the intial stage lot of work space was available and we work freely with all the team cordination. But from 6 months work culture is terrible no body wants to work in current environment

From last 6 months Nov 20 to July 21 work culture is terrible no work space .. management donot want to understand lot of resignation took place all good potential employee's resign

If you leave organization then you must complete your notice period otherwise company will complete force fully stop your ex gratia and FNF and recover company loss from you and made a case of ascending against you.

No family time, give report before 9 pm daily and attend meetings on after 7 pm.
