At the intial stage lot of work space was available and we work freely with all the team cordination. But from 6 months work culture is terrible no body wants to work in current environment

If you leave organization then you must complete your notice period otherwise company will complete force fully stop your ex gratia and FNF and recover company loss from you and made a case of ascending against you.
