Management & Principal of J.M.Patel college has a excellent vision for betterment of students and staff. It feel to be proud to have member of this college .I got freedom to work and take decisions but accountability is a matter of concern.

Dislikes

Work environment is excellent but some time we have to give lot of efforts for fulfillment of given task like more time , patience

Work Details

As a Head of Department i have look after teaching and administrative work along with it some other activities ..but its challenging and interesting.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
