Good friends and very good product and technical knowledge. But top management is always treating like servant.

Company owner and few people in marketing put so much pressure on everyone, sometimes even abuse and misbehave. The company managers have no power to control. All people are treat like servants. Many times top management calls the managers as thief and tell that they steal mould and materials and sell outside. Huge work pressure, just profit increases but employee not increases. Quality control was best many years ago, now just production and despatch without any control. If despatch does not happen, they will abuse and use slagns....Read More
