I joined as a fresher here learnt a lot about sales and marketing in pharmaceutical industry. senior managers are very cooperative and nice.

Dislikes

Culture isn’t so good as some managers didn’t want to work they just want that all the work should be done by us. Politics is really high between old colleagues. they just gives a penny in the name of increments even if company is growing well. Less growth and opportunities. No fixed time of return from work.

I’ve to promote my products in front of Doctors, made such efforts so that Doctors will start to prescribe my products. Also ensure to make availability of all the products to all nearby pharmacies. It’s must to visit around 12-15 Drs and
