The thing I like the most about here is the independence to choose projects based on the domain of interest with freedom to make self decisions while working on projects. J&F is a very good place to learn and they follow a flat hierarchy.

Dislikes

I didn't find anything till now. Just a suggestion - Take risk and get reward. If you fail then there is not much place for survival.

I joined this company in 2019, I have learned many things by working and learning from training we get here. We also get soft skill training which is going to add extra points into my professional life. J&F also taken care of us during COVID.

More of a startup culture, flexible timings and focus is more on output rather than attendance. Encouragement towards adoption of latest technologies. Good exposure in enterprise projects. No politics till now.
