Its been 6 years working with J&F, I think I can describe what is best here when you join the organization. - Timely Employee Recognition & Appraisals - Always open to new learnings & amazing opportunities growth - No Authoritarian Management Style - Nice, Open & Friendly Environment - Superiors are helpful, no work on weekends

I think some things can be improved: - Improvement of working time tool - Time off in lieu of extra work or overtime is required - Communication can be improved.
