I joined iXR Labs in jaipur four months ago as a Junior Unity Developer, fresh out of campus placement. From day one the experience has been nothing short of phenomenol. Working here feels like an opportunity to bring my ideas and creativity to life through application development. The office environment is not only comfortable butalso conducive to learning for fresher like me. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
