Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, employee friendly environment and appraisals are fair. Offsite is an added advantage.

There is still lot of growth opportunities for company to grow with more number of people.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
