I'm writing this review to warn others about the toxic culture at Ixie Gaming. The manager, Santosh, was a micromanager extraordinaire. He'd breathe down your neck about every little thing, even if you were doing your job well. It was like he was afraid you'd steal his job or something. If your team was doing great under a differentmanager, you could bet Santosh would do everything in his power to make things difficult. He'd spread rumors, blame you for things you didn't do, and generally try to make your life miserable. The company itself didn't seem to care about its employees at all. Our experience with Ixie Gaming was a complete disaster. The QA team was a nightmare. Their managers were so unprofessional, it was unbelievable. They constantly blamed us for problems and spammed us with useless emails. The leadership team was just as bad. They only cared about themselves and didn't give a damn about us.
