Nothing.Worst experience but gained wisdom of how not to fall in a trap and make wise decisions here on.

Lot of politics and manipulations.No focus on real development of children.Academics is in a bad state and the school head is least bothered.The student strength is as low as 120 approx for a residential cum day boarding school. Attrition rate is the highest I have ever seen in my career span.Its hire & fire.Not a place even to look at.

Very good greenery environment and Stress free work. We can get strong support from the management side to teach different types of concept for the students in different methods of way. Having well established sports ground with all the gaming equipment .Our Principal Mam equally focusing on both academy curriculum and extracurricular activities. Our management often conducting work shops for teachers to get different technical ideas to develop their teaching method .This school teaches to the students not only theoretical concept which are given in the book and also the strong moral values of that serve the students later to their live.school management policy and administration are good. School is located in lush green 40 acres of campus. There is lot of scope to learn new parameters of education. The current Principal is working hard to bring quality and discipline of the school to a substantially high standard.

Dislikes

With the strong support of the current leader of the school presently, team building has started up. Very often professional training is provided to the staff. Work environment is conducive. Learning of staff is at its highest peak as of now. If someone wants to learn and grow, this is the right time to join Ivy League.

Comfortable working environment, very supportive leadership, great work-life balance, probably one of the best. One can learn and grow really well here and leaders are truly supportive on this. Work Culture is very positive and supportive. If you want to grow professionally currently this is the best place. You can learn a lot of new skills. Very supportive School Head who will guide and mentor you throughout.

Dislikes

Gradually team building and training on subject and soft skills has started. Right now learning is at its peak. No place for work politics and non ambitious people, only focus is on growth of the employees and the institution.
