Honestly, there's nothing to like about this company. It's managed by an egotistical bully who's miserably failed to reach success due to his attitude towards his work force.

Dislikes

I wouldn't even want to start with it. The only suggestion I've got for people looking for an opportunity desperately is sit at home rather than joining this company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
