No one there from this company management about your work, your performance any thing except your boss if you are working in this company. The Good thing is that you will treated as others if your performance is poor also. So do nothing and enjoy once you elected not selected.

We can say LALA company, I worked almost 4 years with this company at top position as Project Manager still I am not sure about who is managing this company. Do not know the management, only one person is handling entire company and that too without any official mail from him.
