ITV newtwork, one of the best workplaces that I worked so far. I spent 1.5 years at the workplace. It was a great palce with good, cooperative, helpful and cheerful employees. At the same time, what I really liked about the place that the seniors gave a lot of freedom for writing and speaking. Another good part was that the regulardiscussions on various stories made the brainstorming sessions an informative and communicative. The seniors never had any problem in discussing ideas related to stories. Initiation is really important if you're working with more than 8 people in a shift. If you've got the training and approvals for writing and publishing your best stories on the news platform, then no one can stop you from doing your best work within a stipulated time. Good writing, free from plagiarism, original content are some really important keynotes to understand the importance of a good story. Apart from that the coordination among collegues and seniors is really insiginificant to prove your presence at this workplace. Otherwise, you'll remain omnipresent at the workplace. If your seniors will not get your attendance at the workplace, then it can surely devastate your day. But merely sitting at a chair and gossiping about the work environment will never help you getting an appropriate kind of learning and experience. The simple rule of working at a media house is that you are supposed to concentrate on your daily targets with perfection. It is not at all a place for fun or gossiping. Indeed, girls and boys talk and it's really difficult to resist if there is a really important topic and especially if those collegues become your best friends. But at teh same time work palce is not for gossiping during worktime. Due to which your work suffer and make you a complete lazy and lethargic. I have nothing to dislike about it. Infact, my second job is digital media and third in overall made me awared about the news writing in a detailed manner.

My work was related to news writing, covering exclusive stories for entertainment beat. Besides, my colleagues and I used to anchor on every major political and entertianment topic on camera.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
