The work culture is poor. They unnecessary confine the employees after working hours. They don't follow government holiday directions. They do not appreciate good work. They have less faculties than required number and over burden the existing ones, by doing so they violate the guidelines of UGC.

This workplace has a great overall work culture. People have the opportunity to put themselves out there. It is remarkable that you are given the same facilities regardless of the position you have at work.
