Some of the new people in the leaderships are terrible they will take irrational decisions and don't know about how to convey things in the teams specially in the Engineering Department. There is nothing to like about. Its a startup with no long term vision, employee growth or satisfaction. Extremely intrusive and policing of employee activities.
