The work pressure is too much, they say office is until 6PM but if an employee leaves around 6.15 they raise eyebrows. No work life balance . even saturday's are working. Talking about salary they are living in oldage salary structure, for a fresher salary bracket is too low, no one can join in such bracket, and experienced person they can't afford. Only suggestion to management is, create work life balance for employee's they have a life outside office too. And increase salary bracket....Read More
