School mission had attracted me towards school but they are not working according to their mission

Dislikes

Managers are unskilled, they are not qualified in the their managees' subject. Also, they expect their teachers to teach the subject they are not specialised in. They are not professional at all. There is no scope promotion. Culture and environment of school is not at all good for teachers

The TFI fellows who are merely 25-27 years of age are directly taken as school leaders,vice principals, lead teachers they once take up the senior post and then start running the whole show like a private company in which their favorite mates get all support and rest are only targeted for things which are beyond their control.
