First thing You will not get value in Site , and Secondly Project Based Local Admin will give you problem , Thirdly you will not get Extra Life , It is actually 14 hrs duty not 12 hrs duty on site. As a GET I am Telling please Don’t Join ITD Cementation. Specially Don’t join DIV-3.

If you want only money not life then you can join.

Working hours is too. Daily 12 hr + working hours and also if your accomodation is a bit away from site then add 1.5 hrs more with duty time . You will not get any personal time for you. Only you are bound to the company. No life is there . Better do something else rather than joining construction companies.
