The company works due to a few good people in the organisation.

Dislikes

Highly unprofessional; politicised environment only a few people forming coterie are benefitted. Most employee unfriendly, no vaccination scheme, no proper taking care of medical benefit of employees due to which Covid death of very young by negligence happened. Over the years couldn't achieve anything substantial & has one of the worst financial performance parameters despite having best quality Engineers amongst peers. If you want only money not life then you can join.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Working hours is too. Daily 12 hr + working hours and also if your accomodation is a bit away from site then add 1.5 hrs more with duty time . You will not get any personal time for you. Only you are bound to the company. No life is there . Better do something else rather than joining construction companies.
