Dislikes

No clear communication about the policies. When I joined ITC, HR told me that after 2 year you will become area executive and now she is saying policy is change and you have work for 3 years to become area executive. Salary is very much less as compare to other companies.Even some of the salesman on third party payroll have more salary than sales trainee. Finance team take too much time to approved travelling expenses....Read More
