CTC and actually in-hand salary has very large gap 30-40%. They pay TA DA but included in CTC. Always have to be on field. Only suitable for those interested in FMCG job always on field. Not for weak hearted.

Poor management, Micromanagers in all levels of management, steals credit of deserving people and paises the bootlickers. Promotions are only based on behavior (how often you hangout with managers after office hours). Almost every other manager has an affair within the team and that's what affecting team morale, unity and work environment. No one will be worry about yourself because the only thing really matter for them is work, and it needs to be completed on time. There is zero work life balance. After entering into this company you should stop thinking and caring about yourself.

ITC Limited has very robust processes and standards which act as guard rails for the organization

Dislikes

Over a period of time remuneration is very low as compared to market. Around 8-10 years back company was a pay master, this has significantly affected the quality of work force, standards and services. Work life balance and with time culture of caring and considering employees as assets is is also missing.
