Worst company culture I ever seen in my 10 years of corporate journey. No value of HR policies and HR role is just like a rubber stamp they can not take any action against a functional managers. Worst Company culture, Zero work-life balance, Abusive language, Unskilled Manager with zero business sense and zero supply chain domain knowledge, poor people management skill and poor leadership skills.
