As a sales intern trainee in Noida, a friend told me why you joined ITC as my college project. I say to gain experience.
As I interviewed for Himalayas wellness they asked me to tell me about your project with an ITC internship.
I say everything but the regional manager and HR of Himalaya wellness don't hear me, being a fresher what should I do.
I understand that the company wants competitive mindsets to tackle problems but the behaviour of the personnel that impacted me a lot...
If someone reads this please have some sympathy with the fresher as we are new to your company..
