Job Security, Company culture is good.

Dislikes

Growth almost nil in lower level except CAs, I think if you are not CA this company is not right choice for you. This is my honest feedback because everyone Finance Executive are working in same position since last more than 10yrs.

ITC Limited is one of the top companies in India. It was a great experience to work with ITC Limited as I learnt a lot about accounts payable terms on SAP. Atmosphere of workplace was awesome, boss & colleague were very supporting.

Dislikes

Compensation was good but the growth was very slow. Most of the days I had to sit till late night and month end pressure was very high
