Work life balance is terrible. You leaving on time, top management takes it in a manner that you dont have enough work. Late nights are a normal especially for senior management. Appraisals are seriously affected by this.

Around 8-10 years back company was a pay master, this has significantly affected the quality of work force, standards and services.
