Company work culture good,higher management full support with development and innovation.Company medical policy are renewed for this year. Canteen facility and bus facility very nice.Other development team share idea and support for new innovative medical facility are very nice.Hospital bill claim , docter prescription and without doctor prescription.Major medical problem in your spouse , children and husband, company paid 90% and you are 10%, Employee are admitted in hospital , company not detected salary in unlimited medical leaves. Company yearly increment is very poor approx maximum 5 to 6 % compare the India inflation rate 7 to 8% per year. And the FMCG SECTOR growth in slowly slowly.The promotion policy is very bad , pramotion minimum 3 year to maximum Year not cover 5,6. The pramotion amount approx 5 to 7 % in previous years in-hand salary.lower level notother facilities available.Other paid amount bill pending 5,6 month to 1 year, not cleared timely.other problem not here....Read More
