1) Freedom - Work as per your plan , no intervention from the upper management . 2) Working Environment . During my 16 years I have not heard any slang / foul language , not even shouting - irrespective of any situations . 3) Work Culture that inspires creativity. 4) No discrepancy when it comes to company policy . Treat each one equally.

Dislikes

1) Less communication from the Upper Management with the Marketing Executives , because of the protocol. 2) There are hardly any dislikes for this group , apart from above .
