Working with Italia Group is really good for my growth as I have learnt a lot and working culture is really good over here. The best thing about working here is that people don't only listen to your problem but also act real time to get it fixed. The management is too supportive in all the aspects. It is a great experience working in Italia Group. Management is nice and supportive. The HR Team is really supportive and always brings new activities to keep the team motivated. I have been in the Italia group for the last 10 years. These 10 years are magical years for me where I have learned a lot. I have developed my interpersonal skills and have understood the international market.

Dislikes

There are no dislikes in Italia Group but yes scope for improvement. If there were more CL, PL & SL would be better.

I like very much the culture of my company, more of personal touch rather than in rat race of today's competitive world which gives you more peaceful mind when you go home. I work here with freedom not with fear.
