Working as a full time employee for this organization for 3 years and suddenly asked to resign within a month. Not recommended. salary also pays lowest in industry. Salary does not depend on your work. There HR doesn't know the details of employees, they ask everything to the manager. Poor management. No personal life, they call youanytime even when you are on break. More than 12 hours of working time. They ask you to work on Saturday Sunday....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
