ISS is a cleaning company basically, they acquired SDB in 2010. In ISS SDB employees are treated as step mother's kids, whereas facility employees are treated with full respect, handsome salary, timely promotion and given lots of growth chances.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
