No help from your superiors. •They will keep extending your probation period. From 3 months to 6 to 9 and so on. •Some of the managers are supportive and helpful, while other managers are extremely rude and will shout at you for your poor performance. •Isource opportunities will ask you to submit your original document (10th/12 class certificate or college degree) during the joining process.
