Company exploits their employees.Promotions based upon face value not on work you performing. Boss may twist your whole work and there is no reconsideration over it.Many employees lost their jobs in corona period (technical/non technical both) without any reason. Company provides colony to live married employees. Old senior staff took coverage in colony. Raja-runk type behaviour present which can be seen in local gyms/swimming pool/car parking/guest house/functions/maintenance works. None can avail these facilities as old senior staff took whole coverage on each and every facilities. Waitingperiod is more for lower/middle staff employees. Five to six GM present on each employees. Employee do not understand who is your boss. Old senior staff are busy to avail each and every perks given by company, creating tuglaki farmaan for employees....Read More
