The company has great special benefits, like a management team they cordinate with me. my current staf which with in touch now and my managing director , and has encouraged me to embrace a team spirit that has been really helpful to me

One thing dislike for me that if any body meets personally to our MD then he say to incressing his payment and then his payment increase . When a small employee does not increase his income no matter how much he works, I am also one of them.
