The worst work environment. It is more like joining a politics so much of arguments and advices better to read a novel right. The culture is so suffocating that working in a jail would be better option then working here. Trust me I would have give -1 if possible, don't join this if you really want to save your future. They would rise you off if you are at junior level and coming late at work by 2 minutes, which is really not the way to treat the employees....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
