Worst company ever, no professionalism and complete favoritism and toxic office policy by the stupid management, will torture you mentally especially freshers, they make you sign bond for the training where they ask you to study yourself and says it costs them, complete hypocrisy is there, they torture you to perform as per the fakeover experience they show to the clients while they pay you peanuts and gives zero benefits, leads have no manners and no hierarchy is maintained, there is no job security as well. Working at IRT Digital Analytics has been a good experience. We get flexible work timing also the increment has been good. Overall, the experience has been good.
