1. Toxic culture 2. Not transparent even with the manager level 3. Candidates are selected with other qualifications and don't give time to learn about their job 4. HR is not for the employees, after onboarding, they don't listen or care the employee. 5. Employees don't get their salary and fnf 6. Day by day resignation happens 7.No appreciation for the employees 8. Main head goal is not working together, love to see department finding each other mistakes and fight for it. 9. Only thing I dislike is working 6 days a week, with Sunday off, work-life balance is not possible. They should start 5 days working with 9-hour shifts.
