I like company environment too much. I am here for last six months and I am really happy with work which I have been assigned and also like culture of company. There is not like any pressure situation at company. Employees are so friendly and ready to help everytime. In this company, you get a chance to explore yourself by using your skills at every challenges and learning from it. As per my experience with Iris Software, work culture is great and everyone is helpful and supporting. I didn't feel any concern with the job security. Company policies are good and much of a employee friendly. Also satisfied with the yearly appraisals and bonuses.

I work as a Senior Engineer - technology here for a client. Day to day work includes development, support and some client calls regarding the status of the work and also for the task related discussions. As of now happy with the work as well.

Mixed experience Initial project had worst manager from Citi , he was a complete maniac and caused mental stress to his subordinates . Was released by him after one year of torture 2nd project had a very cool and supportive manager from Citi , one of the best that I have worked in my career till now.

Vendor based organisation , fear of loosing job if you are not in a project and if there are project shortage in company , highly dependent on Citi as a client to survive .
