They don't have permission for PF trust. But they put pension contribution in PF account and Employee and Employer share in their own trust (unexempted as per EPFO). When you withdraw Pension contribution or transfer it to new employer, EPFO will reject your claim saying Employee share and Employer share is missing. I am struggling for 1 year my money got permanently stuck. EPFO is not accepting company letters seeking permission. They Just want to deposit all contribution in EPFO account....Read More

Company Management is Supporting me in a effective manner by providing trainings even during this lockdown period. Due to this lockdown for corona issues, I'm afraid of losing my job , requesting Management to extend my Contracting period.

Dislikes

Difficult to get On -role after completion of contracting period in a successful manner.
