Many directors who are just BCA or MCA and surviving here since long time are insects who are eating the company slowly. Using team budget for their enjoyment and buying gadgets. Doing all sort of regional politics. Promoting their buddies. Demoting north indians. Such people should be fired. Its high time vice president and ceo look into this

The company culture is good as well as the work environment. The colleague are helpful and POC and SME are helping you if you face any problem.

Dislikes

What I dont like about the company is Work-life balance. You need to stretch your working hours and there is no overtime pay. Apart from that, the salary is not justified in which role you are working. Moreover, the incentive is pretty less and the promotion is sluggish.

It's been more than 3 years I have joined in IQVIA, I would say it is the best company for freshers to learn and experience. Growth in a team with 100 people is difficult after 3 years. Hybrid flexibility

I would say it depends on the project and the reporting manager, you may have a work stress and difficulty achieving target otherwise company work environment is great

I work in Mumbai location, people have so much regional feeling, local feeling you can literally sense in the meetings. i feel like an outsider with their behavior. Didnt know this would effect my appraisal aswell but it did.

Iqvia gives you free environment to be yourself and work like equal with one another. There is no seniority differences. Overall it's best company across the world.
