IQVIA is a good company. It has advanced tools which reduces your manual work. It helps in knowing things in advance

Dislikes

1. Your growth clearly depends on manager. I mean if you butter you grow else you will be not allowed to grow. 2. Promotion and Hike is clearly a game that runs around. 3. Once you resign you will be not treated equally.

- Great Work Culture - Open door policy, so managers and even directors can be approached any time.

Dislikes

- I joined the company when it was Quintiles, from then the company policies for the employees has gone from the best to the worst. - Performance monitoring is poor. - Compensation is almost negligible. - Work pressure is very high. Many a times, I have to work 12-14 hours straight asI have to attend the client calls. - Managers don't value individual's unique strengths, even after after showing them the results produced by using them. - Surprisingly few managers are extremely unprofessional. They just care about their selected few and that too just because they speak in their native language. As, I'm not in the selected few category, they don't even acknowledge my good work appreciated by the clients. - Its only when the directors appreciates and applauds my good work, those managers forcefully say a word or two of appreciation....Read More
