They said that they will provide me heir salary but where i asked about conformation mail they denied to sent it and said that they they can't afford a executive they can only heir inter. Wrost company

I have done one year job in IQ Infotech. I did not like the increment at all. Experience was very good for cultural activities. Very bad experience for appraisal..and I think appraisal is the important thing for every employee...

The founder Mr Sandeep Sharma he is a person who is having a great knowledge and keeps a positive attitude towards the employees and always provides a correct direction.. Yet I haven't experienced the same .. With any other organization.

The Noc department.. There candidates doesn't retain..

IQ Infotech is a well established ,medium IT company,provide you quite stable job,training was little bit difficult.In this company i learned so much about web designing tool.The Most enjoyable part in the company was freedom to learn anything.

Dislikes

The only thing i dislike the coffee taste which they provide in breaks.

The staff was very helpfull and helps in imroving your knowledge and skills. They provide ample growth opportunities and continous perfomance appraisal takes place. Best thing is that they provide a space to your creativity and let you experiment.
