Patients are cool. Not demanding at all. Doctors are also cool.

Salary never in time, some time 2-3 month lagging. ( last 2-3 yr treads) Forget about growth and increments. No job security . No in service training. Horrible attitude of HR department towards its own staff/doctors.

Else, Durgapur is a nice peaceful place to stay with all the educational benefits and privileges that you enjoy in a large city and very well-connected by roads, rail and air.

The management is fickle, feeble, incompetent, harsh and cruel in general. if you do your work well and keep a low profile, you are made the scapegoat for anything that goes wrong. your salary, increments get held up though you have performed well. This college is facing financial problems. May close down soon. They even failed to credit my salary,when I left the institution. You won't get your increments. The college is built by a promoter.
