Managers needs to improve management, mostly work is done by the team leads , SDE and QA. If managers manage the team properly rather than just talking to client that would be great improvement, there is always little bit politics also .

(Not sure if we are kids that someone asks us to post a review and we will just do it. And even if we do I am sure we are smart and sensible enough to post our original thoughts which could largely be positive if you are genuinely happy with the organization.)
