If you know what's your work and how to do it! You have the chance to survive out of all distraction and drama in this office! But you can't overcome the unethical work environment in this company! It's definitely not the fault of the companys head but this company seriously doesn't have ethics. It's definitely not the one as it promises you in the beginning! They use offensive language...I mean super offensive! I believe every manager is aware of this and they don't take action regarding the same. I'm working here for sometime and my work is going pretty good to be frank yet I know what a hell of work environment this company has. Only people who have been working here for 2 or more years can continue here but anyone who is new to the company are literally leaving in first 6 months because of the rude behavior of the management and poor understanding of employee problems and they literally don't have the patience to teach you the work!...Read More

The company works purely on performance basis. The work culture and people around you are helpful.

Dislikes

I worked for 1.9 years with iPlace. There were few ups and downs(which happens in all the companies) but no dislike to highlight.

It's everything that I liked or would say loved about iPlace. Best company in this industry. Worked there for 1.5 year and would recommend others to join iPlace

Dislikes

Just the daily meal was not bad but wasn't good enough.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
