Best place to learn in terms of Microsoft Stack. Mumbai region director is way too good and helpful plus supportive. Flexi Time is added advantage. Weekends off. Mediclaim for family. 20 leaves except Govt. holidays which is good.

Groupism and communalism is persistent below director level. If your of a particular community HR and Project manager (unfortunately there is only one) will be good to best of friends with you, your opinion will matter the most, you wont be fired even if you have no project in such case. Hike to these individuals will be anytime of the year. Job security is an issue here. People are fired as an when the organisation feels without a proper reason. HR gives lame reason of performance, but 20 out of 50 people in an organisation are fired based on performance? that too Mid of the year? How?? Funds is an issue here thats the reason, but again thats not a real reason. Also, the specific community people are never fired again in such case.No proper policies or rules followed here. HR is always unavailable. If you're a female please avoid the delivery head.CTO is a useless hire and waste of money. Sales head is non technical who eats pan and visits clients.
