I had a disappointing experience working at IOS Relocations. While there is indeed a lot to learn, the work culture is extremely toxic and demotivating. The MD is deeply involved in every minor detail, including areas beyond an employee's job role. For instance, within my first month, I was expected to contribute to the development of their new website and provide content. Despite my efforts, my work was criticized, and I was humiliated, even being made to wait in her cabin for over two hours. The workload and expectations are unrealistic, especially for new joiners. The MD has a way of delegating multiple tasks with tight timelines, creating immense pressure. Employees are visibly overworked, frustrated, and unhappy. The atmosphere is so oppressive that no one has the time or energy to even engage with their colleagues. The MD’s management style fosters a culture of fear. Her communication is often disrespectful, and she belittles employees. Her negative attitude impacts the entire office environment, leaving employees feeling drained and demoralized. It felt suffocating, and her presence was so unsettling that I started having nightmares. The reviews praising the organization don’t reflect the reality at the Mumbai office. The people working there are burnt out, stuck in a monotonous cycle of work, criticism, and stress. It’s disheartening to see capable professionals reduced to mere shells of themselves, unable to leave due to personal responsibilities. I worked with IOS Relocation for 10 years and it was absolute pleasure working with the company. I started out at front desk and now handling HR. The company provides you an ample opportunity to grow in your role and to move horizontally in other roles if that interest you. The team members are very wonderful, cooperative and supportive to work with, especially the top management Ms. Lata Patel and CEO Rajesh Motwani have great leadership skills and provide you with guidance and vision in your career to achieve successful path. IOS Relocations is a fab place to work in. I have been here for 6 years and loved every minute of it. Great learning to be done under the leadership of the proprietor and MD, Mrs. Lata Patel who spends a lot of personal time investing and training each team member. I will miss working at IOS and it has been great learning in career path.

High tempered owner, terrible attitudes old staff (working from last 4-15 years). It is a proprietorship managed company. The owner takes the call/shot. HR does not play any role other than recruitment, termination & salary. No growth, development & learning. Only old employees close to owner politicize and in stabilize or does allow to settle in the new employees. It always depends upon the mood of the owner lady.
