Job security is average Compensation is ok in term of market but only for freshers 4 yrs experience professional but paid less than a fresher they hire directly from college. That 4 yrs experienced professional is the one who is training the one earning more. Poor management

Its a very good company which gives you an opportunity to work with very an intelligent set of people. You will be more than satisfied with the package they will offer (probably more than what you may ask). However, be prepared to learn and train yourself on your own during the probation period of 6 months.

Dislikes

The initial focus on training/guiding is missing. You are expected to learn on your own if you don't want to them to increase your probation period.
